With Photo Sunday I want to share beautiful shots with a story.
This week’s photo is by Joanna. She is French and 23 years old. Actually, she is from Réunion island, a small French island in the Indian Ocean, not sure if you’ve heard of it? 🙂 Well, when she was 18 years old she left Réunion Island to start studying in the south of France and during my third year she had the opportunity to go study in Cork, in Ireland for one year and it was the best year of her life! She shares all her adventures on My Dazzling Wonderland.
This is a picture that I took when I went to the Cliffs of Moher. I remember that day so clearly despite the fact that is was 2 years ago (already!). People told me that the cliffs were not that impressive etc. but I LOVED IT! It really made me realize how important it is to just do things for yourself and get your own experience instead of just relying on people’s opinion!
The weather was terrible that day, it was freezing and raining sometimes (ah, Ireland and its weather…) but despite the harsh weather, the view was totally worth it! The beauty of Ireland is so underrated, it’s definitely a special place to me!
