This week’s photo is from Danie. Danie has been travelling the world for five years straight without a home base, wandering her way from place to place without a clue where she’ll end up next. She loves to explore new cultures and has a new found love for adrenaline fueled activities. Her biggest dream is to one day cuddle a platypus. This photo was taken near Wanaka in New Zealand; I was with my boyfriend at the time and we had splurged on the only hotel we could find – a luxury treat for us, as we usually stayed in hostels and were damn near out of money! We were waiting to check in when we found a lovely bench with this view. We dumped our packs down on the ground next to us, to stare out at the beautiful lake beyond.
