This week’s photo is from Ron and Michele Legge, an Australian couple in their 50s who spent three years travelling over 100 000km on a motorbike. Our blog documents our journey and tries to inspire people to have fewer things and have more experiences.
When our children left home, we spent three years travelling around Asia and Europe by train and motorbike. While we were traveling by train from Malaysia to England, we met these three men near Hanoi in Vietnam. It is one of my favourite photos as their faces have such character and it makes me smile every time I see it. It reminds me that even though you do not share the same language you can always find a way to communicate.
