With Photo Sunday I want to share beautiful shots with a story.

This week’s photo is from Andra and Vlad. Andra and her husband Vlad share their stories from around the world. They just returned from a year gallivanting around Asia and New Zealand. They both are huge fans of nature and culture, with a huge soft spot for mountains and trekking. You can find their stories on Our World to Wander.

Photo Sunday 55

This photo was taken on our way to Everest Base Camp. The moment we left Gorak Shep a cute dog followed us. We named him Everest (but of course) and he walked with us all the way to Base Camp. What I loved was that each time we stopped to admire the views he would do the same thing, as if it were his first time there as well. It was just a clear reminder of how amazing this world can be, not only through our eyes but for all sentient beings. And being so close to the Mother of Mountains is a feeling hard to describe. Even though some would say it is a touristy trek, the views from and all the way to Everest Base Camp worth sharing them with others!

More beautiful pictures can be found on their Instagram.
