With Photo Sunday I want to share beautiful shots with a story.

This week’s photo is from Teresa. She shares her experiences about year-long adventure in South America on her travel website Czick on the Road. They gave up their jobs and comfortable life in Europe to roam the world and discover the beauties of our planet, many have seen before us.

My absolute favorite picture from our travels in South America so far is from Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia. The first day of our tour through the salt flats we stop to watch the sunset and while everybody was pointing their cameras at the beauty of disappearing sun, I turned around and found another wonderful scenery. The whole horizon was colored in subtle pink, orange, and light blue colors and in the great vastness of this breathtaking place was standing small men, capturing the natural beauty from another angle. That was the moment when I’ve realized, how small we are compared to our magnificent planet and that we should join our forces and work hard to preserve it, so our children can admire it in the same extent as we do.
